## Description

Wigan Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out the delivery stage monitoring and evaluation as part of the Haigh Woodland Park: Heritage, Nature and People Project\. The project is funded by Wigan Council, and the National Lottery Heritage Fund\. As such the approaches and outputs are expected to comply with relevant guidance from the National Lottery Heritage Fund\.
