Professional Services: Client Side Delivery Partner to Support Alpha-to-Beta and Beta Stages NDR Reforms Programme

Description

The VOA is undertaking a new transformation programme, Business Rates Review programme, that will deliver a key Government commitment, announced by the Chancellor in the Autumn Budget, to reform the operation of the business rates system. This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers. We are seeking an external Delivery Partner to support us through the transition from Alpha to Beta, including on leading on Beta structure design, and plan. The Partner must have a proven, substantial track-record of high-profile agile delivery and experience of supporting Government to deploy complex transformation programmes. They must also show they can work collaboratively with other suppliers to deliver sustainable solutions.
