## Description

The University of York has secured funding from the European Structural & Investment Funds to establish Creative Media Labs \(CML\)\. The Labs will support small and medium-sized enterprises \(SMEs\) operating in the screen industries sector \(film, TV & games\) in Leeds City Region to overcome barriers to innovation and Research & Development \(R&D\)\. This will be achieved through the provision of access to expert staff and state-of-the-art equipment which will be used to support SMEs develop and commercialise their ideas, and ultimately lead to scale-up, greater employment and Gross Value Added \(GVA\)\. As part of this funding, the University has a requirement to purchase general office furniture in line with the Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) document\.
