GB-London: BTA1084 Events Management System

VisitBritain deliver trade events targeting key influencers, connecting UK tourism businesses with international trade buyers. Every year we organise sales missions around the globe, bringing the UK tourism industry together with key players in the international travel trade. We build knowledge of Britain among key influencers by delivering workshops and seminars across our overseas network. And we attract agents and operators to Britain to showcase the best of British on home soil. VisitBritain run several large and small scale trade events, both in the UK and overseas. These events range from 120 to 800 delegates. Our key events include, ExploreGB, VIBE, Destination Britain China and North East Asia and Destination Britain North America. We also host stands at large travel trade events including WTM, ITB etc. The events are explained on our trade website.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
