Maidstone Borough Council \(MBC\) is conducting a tender exercise for the modernisation of the three passenger lifts located within Maidstone House\. The Council is looking to work with suitably qualified contractors with extensive experience in lift modernisation; and prospective contractors will have to demonstrate a proven track record in managing and delivering outcomes from this process\.
