Work description
The Council is seeking to award 4 catering concessions contracts for mobile units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision or the sale of ice-cream as stipulated in the site details below.
Site A - Guildhall Square - Tuesday 4th April 2023 - Friday 29th March 2024 - Food, drink and Ice- Cream Site B - Portsdown Hill - Mills Lane - A8543 - Tuesday 4th April 2023 - Friday 29th March 2024 - Food & Drink Site C - The Hard - Tuesday 4th April - Friday 25th August 2023 - Food concession with secondary drink offer Site D - d. Southsea Promenade south of the Rock Gardens - Tuesday 4th April - Sunday 17th September - Food, Drink & Ice-Cream
Tender Timetable - Request for Quotation published - Wednesday 1st March 2023 Deadline for requests for clarification - Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 12:00 Quotation return deadline - Monday 20th March 2023 Evaluation of returns completed by Monday 27th March 2023 Contracts awarded from Tuesday 4th April 2023
