## Description

The Shepherds Bush Housing Association \("SBHG"\) wish to appoint experienced service provider for the provision of window cleaning services at approximately 46 housing sites, ranging from 2 to 6 floors, across their portfolio in London\. It is intended that the contracts established following this procurement will run for an initial term of 1 year, extendable for a further term of up to 12 months at the discretion of SBHG\.
