Pyramid Park, Bury

Funds are required to assist in the de-risking of this Council owned town centre site. Carrying out technical due diligence to ascertain the level of remediation required on the site will include: topographical survey, utilities plans and a Groundsure report. \r \r This site will require a technical constraints plan to enable input into the Masterplan options and viability work. This work will unlock the site and enable the Council to undertake initial Masterplanning and visioning work and set the planning strategy for the site.
