## Description

Trafford Council is seeking Expressions Of Interest from suitable interested parties including GPs and Pharmacies for the provision of Locally Commissioned Services as listed below, to their general population: • Smoking cessation • NHS Health Checks • IUCD Enhanced Service • Long Acting Reversible Contraception • Alcohol Intervention • Emergency Hormone Contraception \(EHC\)\. Contract commencement date: 1 April 2023\. Duration: 1 year\. Option of Extend: 4 one-year extensions\. Please refer to The Chest portal project ref DN660730 for details including specifications and the pre-requisites that must be met\. To be able to participate in this procurement process, interested parties must be able to: a\) meet the pre-requisites / criteria for the provision of the service\(s\); b\) meet the required quality standards stipulated; and c\) provide the required evidence to show that they meet the above-mentioned pre-requisites / criteria and quality standards\. This contract will be subject to the NHS Terms and Conditions\. IMPORTANT: - All Expressions Of Interest to participate in this procurement, questions and/or requests for clarifications must be forwarded to Harriet Sander by emailing harriet\.sander@trafford\.gov\.uk no later than 7th April 2023\. -Note: All existing providers of any of the LCS services stated above do not need to send an Expression Of Interest as they will be contacted directly by Trafford Council\.
