BCMS Cattle Movements

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) are responsible for facilitating the recording of births, deaths and movements of livestock across the UK. One aspect of the livestock tracking is Bovine tracking (BCMS). One of the channels used by farmers to track Bovine is an automated self-service system. The system uses DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) and IVR (intelligent voice recognition) to record Farmers' inputs.
