## Description

The primary objective of the contract is to provide learning to sail activities and environmental coastal and marine habitat education for young people as part of the SeaScapes Partnership's Bluescapes project within the programme\. The Council has confirmed NLHF \(National Lottery Heritage Fund\) funding to enable delivery of this Project\.
