## Description

Oxford City Council wishes to award a contract to a single supplier \(contractor\) for Development Management Services\. The contract will require the agent to provide; • Architect and design services \(including all necessary feasibility and survey work\) • Project Management \(including cost management, employers agent and clerk of works\) • Management of the planning process to obtain permissions • Tender and procurement for a construction partner who delivers modern methods of construction\. Of particular interest for this pilot scheme is volumetric offsite manufacture\. • Construction contract management\. In addition the supplier will test the feasibility and value for money of contracting with Oxford Direct Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Council to carry out the installation of the homes\.
