## Description

The project involves the construction of the new Elite Centre for Manufacturing and Skills \(ECMS\) Hub Building at new Springfield Campus\. The design has been completed up to the end of RIBA Stage 3, achieving Project Team sign off to proceed to tender for the Construction element\. This design forms the basis of the Employer's Requirements which provided the basis for this competitive tender process\.
