TDC PG Renewal of Roof Coverings and Associated Work - AWARD

Description

Tandridge District Council invites competent Contractors to respond to this ITT for the tender of works valued below the OJEU threshold. The scope of works comprises the renewal of roof coverings and associated works to Council owned properties. The contract term will be for a period of 5 years commencing on the 1 April 2020 until the 31 March 2025. After this date and at the discretion of the Authority the contract may be renewed for a further maximum period of two years subject to the contractor's performance.
