## Description

Continue supporting our end of life Avaya Aura \(7\.1 suite\) telephony platform with 24/7 access to a service call logging portal and technical support documentation available to support our ongoing business continuity and disaster recovery plans\. Initial term 9 months until 31/03/25 @ £64,600\.36 excl VAT and if 3 month extension utilised, will be until 30/06/25 @ total whole life cost of £68,489\.51 excl VAT\. Additional information: Please note the value set out is the whole life cost of the contract if the extension is utilised\.
