Newland PRN Resurfacing Project and Traffic Signal Junction improvements at Carholme / Brayford Junction and Lucy Tower Junction. Within Lincoln City Centre. As part of the proposed works there will be multiple highway assets affected such as Civils, Drainage, Footway, Kerbs, Alignment Newland, Replacement of pavement layers and surface course and Carriageway Markings.
