## Description

Oldham Council invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced professional companies to deliver National Standard Cycle Training to children residing in the Borough of Oldham during 2017/20\. It is our intention to deliver level 1, level 1 and 2 combined and level 2 to 9,824 children and level 3 to 203 children\. We also propose to deliver an element of Bikeability Plus, namely Bikeability Learn to Ride' to 225 children\.
