Amended: Contract Varied 2016 and 2017. To retain 7 professional digital content designers (who, as part of a larger team, redesigned all our customer facing guidance over the past two years) via an external supplier from 1 October 2015 to 30 April 2016. Key outcomes will be to: • Drive down customer call volumes releasing early savings across Defra organisations. • Meet the SoS commitment to improve the online farming offer. • Skill up internal staff as digital content designers. • Meet the department's content requirements during the transitional period until a central digital content team is in place Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions.
