## Description

An Estates Management contract which covers those services required to properly manage corporate and non-operational property\. These services include: - securing new, alternative or replacement property \(i\.e\. offices, depots\) to meet business needs\. - management of property held pending schemes and ensuring they are compliant with our statutory obligations as landlord - disposal of surplus property purchased for road infrastructure projects\. - management of the Corporate Real Estate \(including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and licences to underlet or alter\)\. - resolving trespass and encroachment on the National Highways Estate\.
