## Description

Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Self Employment in Construction & Construction Skills Certification \(CSCS\) card qualification for prisoners at HMP Hindley\. The Supplier will deliver an introduction to self-employment in construction that shall include the delivery of the full Construction Skills Certification Scheme \(CSCS\) card qualification, to help with employment on release\.
