Work description
National Museums Liverpool (NML) is seeking to appoint one contractor to provide a full valuation of the land and buildings of their property assets for inclusion in its Financial Statements. This tender is for the period until 30 April 2026 to cover annual desktop and quinquennial full valuations.
The valuation standard to be adopted must comply with the requirements of Financial Reporting Standard 15 (FRS15). NML's statutory obligation is that valuations will be prepared to comply with FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard Applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and in particular Charities SORP (FRS 102). The FRS is a single financial reporting standard that applies to the financial statements of entities that are not applying EU-adopted IFRS, FRS 101 or FRS 105.
Further details are set out in the procurement documents.
