GB-London: Facilitating and developing the Confident and Inclusive Line Managers learning session

This is a learning and development (L&D) project. It seeks to actively support middle leaders in adult social care. For the purposes of this project, we define middle leaders as Heads of Service and Team Leads. We would like to commission a contractor experienced with supporting L&D who can facilitate sensitive and responsive learning that develops confident and inclusive line management skills. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
