West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of TEMPORARY PARK AND RIDE SERVICE: BURY ST EDMUNDS CHRISTMAS FAYRE 21, 22, 23 & 24 NOVEMBER 2019 The Council is again organising a temporary 'park and ride' service in Bury St Edmunds for the run up to Christmas 2019 and would like to ask if you would be interested in this work. We are looking at a service operating from one car park for the annual Christmas Fayre weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The location of this year's Park & Ride is Claas of Saxham, just off the A14 at Saxham. From previous experience the Christmas Fayre is extremely busy and last year at peak times on the Saturday 10 buses were required. This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 12 July, 5pm. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted The deadline for clarification questions is 5 July, 5pm which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website
