## Description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Lighting Features to support Sunderland Illuminations and Festival of Light events\. Under the framework the Council has a requirement for experienced contractor\(s\) for the concept design and provision of lighting features for these two annual events\. The framework will be divided into two Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Sunderland Illuminations and Lot 2 - Festival of Light\.
