## Description

Bernicia are looking to work with an external partner to design and co-deliver a new Bespoke Leadership Development Programme, aimed at Heads of Service with a socialisation of SLT and Exec\. Bernicia need a bespoke and blended learning solution, delivered over a period of time \(approx\. 9-18 months\) to allow embedding and practical application\. The programme will be initially for approximately 30 heads of service and future leaders/business partners, with the potential of performance coaching to enhance development\.
