The requirement is for Employer Liability Insurance specifically designed for those who employ personal care assistants who provide help and support to individuals at their homes to assist them to enjoy an independent lifestyle. The employers are vulnerable Service users and or their representative. As well as the need for comprehensive Employers Liability insurance, the requirement is also for Employment Support, cover for personal possessions, Public Liability and Legal expenses for the Employer.
