North Yorkshire Police are undertaking a soft market testing exercise, the purpose of this is to engage with the market and gain a better understanding of the products and functionality available in relation to the market for Digital Transformation Solutions that allow officers and staff to work efficiently and effectively when out in the field through the use of mobile technology. The intention of this market testing is to inform the force's business case.

Completed questionnaires should be returned via the messaging system on the Bluelight e-tendering system (https://bluelight.eu-supply.com). The deadline for receipt of completed questionnaires is 17:00 on 29/11/2023.

Following questionnaires, North Yorkshire Police intend to invite suppliers to provide a Microsoft Teams demonstration of the functionality and technological innovation their tools, software and support could provide to mobile working of operational police staff and officers.
