Bromford requires a multi-dimensional modelling tool which : - Provides a strategic and operational view of property asset performance and viability, informed by and linked to the delivery of Bromford Strategic Objectives - Supports & drives multi-dimensional decision making at key points in the property lifecycle - linked to Bromford Strategy - Shows current and future expected property performance across a number of measures - Includes both short and long term cost and value projections - Includes the voice of the customer \(demand, feedback & insight\)
