## Description

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly \(CIOS\) Safeguarding Adults Board \(SAB\) and Safer Cornwall Partnership Board \(SCPB\) are seeking to commission an experienced independent author to work with our joint Safeguarding Adult Review \(SAR\) /Domestic Homicide Review \(DHR\) review panel, partners agencies and family members to complete a joint SAR/DHR review\.
