## Description

The project is the construction of a standalone two classroom extension to the rear of the existing Manor Lodge Primary School\. The classroom block will contain two classrooms, WCs, group rooms, stores and circulation space\. Externally the works include the construction of entrance ramps, permeable surfacing, fencing and gates, planting and seating areas\.
