## Description

NH have an obligation under the M4 design and build contracts with Others to undertake the Project Manager \(PM\) responsibilities under the NEC contract\. There is a need event to provide the requisite project management service function to meet NH responsibilities in this regard for the final few months for construction delivery and during the project close out phase\.
