TC118 - Birth Parents Support Service

he Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for the TC118 - Birth Parents Support Service.

This Service is intended to help support birth parents and relatives who have had children removed into adoption.

Bolton Council commissions a specialist support service contract which includes face-to-face and telephone counselling, private intermediary services (for birth relatives of adults adopted as children) and support groups.

The service is commissioned on behalf of Adoption Now which includes: Blackburn with Darwen Council Bolton Council Bury Council Oldham Council Rochdale Council Tameside Council

The term of the Contract will be for one (1) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) twelve (12) month periods. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 April 2025.
