Cleaning Services Contract for the Kent Innovation Centre

Thanet District Council is seeking to procure cleaning services for the Kent Innovation Centre which is located at the Thanet Reach Business Park, Millennium Way, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 2QQ.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 6th October 2021 for a duration of 3 years, including 1 option to extend for a further 24mths (at the sole discretion of the Council).

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.

Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 2 September 2021.

Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 27th August 2021.
