Intellicase Support

Description

The Enforcement Group use an intelligence and case management system (Intellicase) since its implementation in 2013, this system requires additional support around functionality and performance enhancements. There is no other case management system currently in use and this system contains all evidence and information (including intelligence) around closed, current investigations and future prosecutions. The system is being considered for replacement but due to other priorities this will not be looked at until 2021 at the earliest, so support of this critical system is required to maintain a reliable system for the future
