This is a 2 year agreement with Yorcard the Hull City Council's \(the Authority\) current provider of a Integrated Transport Smartcard Organisation \(ITSO\) Data storage and Management services for the smart cards issued in English National Concessionary Travel Scheme \(ENCTS\)\.
