Work description
UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) had a requirement for Design & Build Construction Works for the restoration & common repairs to the NOC Southampton Nodal Roof areas. This Single Sourcing Action (SSA) was approved in line with Regulation 32 (5) (b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
