## Description

Maintain the centralised digital solution used by severe obesity clinics and to continue to adapt and iterate the platform based on feedback\. This will include ongoing support to clinical teams across the country and the national CYP Transformation Programme team\. A single year extension to maintain operational services whilst insourcing key IP from the contract to allow service to be openly tendered in FY23/24\.
