DFID 8138 Process Evaluation of the South Asia Regional Trade and Integration Programme Contract

The Purpose is both to demonstrate accountability of whether the programme is on track to meet its outcome and to generate learning regarding for supporting this programme and subsequent programmes. Learning will focus on whether the causal links and assumptions hold; and whether there are early lessons and insights that might contribute to programme implementation and to the development of future regional trade initiatives.
