## Description

Following the award of £120,000 funding from the DLUHC Rough Sleeping Initiative Programme, East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking suitably qualified applicants to apply to provide 2 additional Housing First social rented tenancies per annum within the Borough, as well as providing ongoing support to 5 existing Housing First recipients\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
