Description
The project will develop and illustrate the connection between CS Facilitation Fund, CS priorities, Natural Capital objectives and show how these components contribute to the Nature Recovery. It will illustrate these both quantitatively, qualitatively and spatially via GIS to show how option alignment and other inputs contribute to Nature Recovery Network ambition and ecological restoration. It will also assist in the development of new Environmental Land Management, and aid Natural England Area Teams in the delivery of C21. - Apply the monitoring framework (developed in phase 1&2) to all Facilitation Fund groups, update mapping of Facilitation Fund groups and evaluate alignment with nature recovery and contribution to ecological networks (Task 1). - Development of key natural capital and social capital indicators to be used for on-going CSFF Monitoring & Evaluation and future FF groups. This objective requires the contractor: o to apply Natural Capital indicators to quantitative outputs from CSFF (Task 2) and assess their wider benefits (Task 3); o to develop and suggest appropriate social capital indicators from qualitative data (Task 4). - Disseminate the work to practitioners through a seminar (Task 5).
