Expression of Interest to Tender for Brockwell Hall Restoration Project - Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) Stage

The London Borough of Lambeth (the "Council") wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the restoration of Brockwell Hall in Brockwell Park, Herne Hill London SE24. The restoration works to Brockwell Hall will provide a much-needed refurbishment of the building and include provision for public use and community activities and events. The refurbishment will provide an exhibition area, café, events space for 160 people, offices and facilities for local community group.
