Work description
This tender relates to the production of a feasibility study for a Heat Distribution Network at Station Approach in Hereford and consists of two lots covering two different elements of the study: • Lot 1 - Technical and Financial • Lot 2 - Legal Services The two lots will be awarded to different suppliers however, only tenders for Lot 1 will be welcomed from provider partnerships, consortiums or those involving sub-contracting, as well as from individual providers.
The council is interested in bids from organisations with substantial knowledge and experience of providing feasibility studies for heat distribution networks. Strong bids will also demonstrate proficiency and experience of working in an open, transparent and collaborative way with other organisations involved with this study.
Organisations may bid for one lot only. It is not permitted for organisations to bid for both Lots.
