Capital Works Backlog Program 2022-2023 PROJECT LOCATION: Avondale, Lache, Mile Lane, Moorgate, Prestwich, Townside, Vauxhall Repipe, Extend water circulation, insulate pipework & Replace taps, Air Handling / Hot water boiler / Heating Replacement access control upgrades and full Kitchen Refurbishment Avondale: Upgrades to the offices & communal areas & producing new GP areas. Lache: Lighting and floor replacements and installation, re-pointing. Mile Lane: Internal improvements. Moorgate: Rework piping, general repairs, upgrade kitchen, heating, ventilation & access. Prestwich: Full refurbishment of several rooms, improvements to entrance, redecoration. Townside: Access control system, sensor tap installations. Vauxhall: New fire alarm, upgrade existing access control, boiler replacement, alter gas.
