Cafe/Pavilion Project

Description

Horley Town Council will be engaging contractors by way of a public tender to design and build a pavilion/cafe in the Horley Recreation Ground. The council has already conducted a public survey and will shortly be at a stage to take the project forward to a formal tender stage for (i) design and build and (ii) concessionaire catering agreement to run the cafe. At this preliminary stage the town council is looking to engage possible interested parties who may wish to discuss the matter informally before we progress to a formal inviation to tender which is expected to be issued later in 2017.
