## Description

Sevenoaks District Council is seeking to commission consultants to prepare a targeted review of the local housing needs in Sevenoaks District\. The Review will update previously completed housing evidence for the emerging Local Plan and will be used to inform SDC's Housing Strategy 2021-26\.
