## Description

The Council \(WBC\) requires a valuation of its Property & Land assets in connection with Capital Accounting rules for the financial years 2023/24\. WBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of independent valuers with the relevant skills, experience, local market knowledge and resources to undertake this task\. This is a one year revaluation and inspection of the Council's Operational Assets only and to me completed by May 2024\. Effectively a two month commission\.
