NEPO521 Early Payment Scheme

Description

This Framework Agreement is to support NEPO Member and Associate Member Authorities with the provision of an early payment scheme, offered on a modular basis applicable either to authorities without an existing early payment scheme wishing to both implement and operate the early payment scheme or authorities who wish to continue to operate an early payment scheme. This Framework Agreement is intended to support the Authorities over the next 48 months with an option to extend for a further two x 24 months. The Framework includes the provision of 1st Generation users - Implementation and Operations and 2nd Generation users - Continued Operation.
