GB-Middlesbrough: Built Environment Accessibility Review

The university has a varied portfolio of buildings, a large proportion built or significantly refurbished after 2015. However, the university wishes to take the opportunity to review all of its buildings and facilities, old and new, to work towards the most accessible facilities it can reasonably provide. It is appreciated that not all buildings can economically meet fully inclusive standards and requires assistance to identify the level of reasonableness.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
