Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of preliminary design and feasibility work to develop a landscape scale 'Environmental Infrastructure' strategy and masterplan to include landscape, heritage, ecology and natural flood management interventions for environmental growth within the area defined by the triangulation of the M4, M5 and M49.
