## Description

Essential structural steelwork repairs to the Warsash Fire School Hot Fire Training Unit following survey in Easter 2023\. This work can only be undertaken during the Safety Training shutdown period in August and will take approximately 4 working weeks\. If the work is not carried out then the commissioned structural surveyors will not sign the Hot unit off as fit for use during the new academic year 2023/24\.
